At HypTrend, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer product exchange only — we do not provide cash refunds.
Exchange is applicable if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received an incorrect product
Conditions:
- Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us with photo/video proof of the issue

- Sale items are not eligible for exchange
- Customized/personalized items cannot be exchanged
- HypTrend reserves the right to assess each case individually
